Oh Sew Pritty Policies
You have 14 calendar days to exchange any in stock item that you are not completely satisfied with. All custom orders are final sale. All sale items are final sale.
Items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. Tags must still be attached as well.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
If you are unsatisfied with an item, we will accept a return. The item must be in the original condition it was received when returned. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Oh Sew Pritty does NOT do refunds. However, we will offer a store credit/gift card which can be used on our online store. This will not include the shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs that may arise for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
At the checkout, you will be offered a few options for shipping. Orders made with the shipping selected as "Standard" will not receive a tracking number. If you are worried about your package going missing or would like a tracking number, please select "Tracked" to ensure a tracking number and ability to locate your package. If you select "Standard" shipping and your package is lost in the mail, Oh Sew Pritty will not be responsible for untracked packages.
